Recommended dose: 1 - 2 ampoule per day (1 ampoule in the morning and 1 early afternoon) in a glass of water. DO NOT TAKE 2 AMPOULES AT THE SAME TIME. IN MOST CASES 1 AMPOULE IS SUFFICIENT.

Direction for use: Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Presence of deposits is normal. Shake well before using.

Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking antidepressant medications, taking blood thinners or digoxin, if you have diabetes, if you have any type of acute infection, if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Contraindications: Do not use this product if you have high blood pressure, have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder.

Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, irritability or headaches, in which case, discontinue use.
