Order
All orders, payments and promo codes are manually reviewed before being accepted. Every effort is made to ensure that orders received are approved and processed the day they are received, otherwise they are processed the next business day.
Each order is shipped in one shipment.
Payment
In Canadian dollars with most credit cards, payment cards and by Interac, Bitcoin or bank transfer. For certain products or special cases, payment by bank transfer may be required. A fee of $100 will be charged for a disputed payment.

The local pick-up option is available for the majority of products.

Shipping
The delivery is carried out by third-party companies. It is your responsibility to provide the correct information so that the package is delivered, received and/or dropped off at the correct location. A signature may be required upon receipt. For shipments outside of Canada customs clearance fees may apply.
Some products fear extreme temperatures and in order not to expose them unnecessarily, we ensure that they are not shipped before a weekend or a long holiday.
The delivery time is indicated with the option chosen at the time of placing the order.
Most of the time we reuse material for order packaging.
Some rare products are classified as dangerous according to the carriers and are only available for pick-up.
Warranty

Bulk products are inspected and without warranty.
Used products are pre-tested and without warranty.
