The delivery is carried out by third-party companies. It is your responsibility to provide the correct information so that the package is delivered, received and/or dropped off at the correct location. A signature may be required upon receipt. Some products fear extreme temperatures and in order not to expose them unnecessarily, we ensure that they are not shipped before a weekend or a long holiday.
